In response to a question from the Global Woman Leader, Zhao noted that leadership transcends mere expertise or knowledge, which are generally possessed by educated individuals. “What truly distinguishes effective leadership in media and entertainment are core values and a profound industry understanding. At TMTPOST, we uphold principles such as 'Adhere to Professionalism, Respect Technology, and Have a Global Impact,' which guide our operations and strategic decisions,” she said.
